Share your experience with friends, family or colleagues. Give them the email address you use for your Cleaners on Tap account (make sure it’s also your PayPal email).
Your friend visits cleanersontap.co.uk and completes the online booking form. In the field labelled “Referrer’s Email” they enter your email address.
Our system automatically checks two things:
• Your email matches an existing Cleaners on Tap customer record.
• The booking is from a brand-new customer (no previous cleans).
Once your friend’s first clean has taken place and their card payment has settled (usually within 3–5 days), we trigger your reward.
We send £10 GBP to the PayPal account linked to your email. You’ll get a PayPal notification as soon as it arrives.

Any existing Cleaners on Tap customer with at least one completed booking.
Yes. To keep things simple, rewards are paid only to the verified PayPal address that matches your Cleaners on Tap login email.
No limit at all, but each reward requires:
a genuinely new customer (not living at the same address as you, and not already on our system)
a successfully completed first clean.
Self-referrals or duplicate household referrals do not qualify — but you’re welcome to book extra cleans for your own home any time!
If the first booking is cancelled or fails to go ahead, the referral reward is void. They’re free to re-book; once the clean is completed you’ll qualify automatically.
